Robert Betagole
Chief Executive Officer
Under Robert Betagole’s leadership, Mike Albert Leasing has
grown from a small used car dealership in Cincinnati to a
nationally recognized fleet lessor with vehicles in all 50
states as well as Canada and Puerto Rico. Bob’s accolades
include winning the Ernst & Young/NASDAQ Entrepreneur of the
Year Award for Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky in
1997. In 2007, he earned the Greater Cincinnati Auto Dealer's
Association President's Vanguard Award. The award is given to
leaders who have made significant contributions to the
Cincinnati automotive business - not only as outstanding small
business owners, but also as citizens dedicated to community
service and the betterment of the industry within the
community. In September 2009, Bob was inducted into the Fleet
Hall of Fame by the Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association.
Marty Betagole
President
Marty Betagole became President of Mike Albert Vehicle Fleet
Management effective January 1, 2000. She is also an Executive
Officer of the Superior Dealer Group. Marty received a BA in
Economics from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Xavier
University, and a JD from the University of Cincinnati College
of Law. In addition to her responsibilities with Mike Albert
and Superior, Marty has served on several charitable boards
over the years as well as the Board of the Cincinnati Regional
Chamber. She currently sits on the Board of the Greater
Cincinnati Fifth Third Bank.
John Betagole
Vice President
John Betagole joined the company in 1982. He has worked in
and/or supervised most of the company’s sales departments.
John is now president of the family's dealership group that
includes Superior Kia, Honda, Acura, Hyundai North and Hyundai
West as well as the Mike Albert Resale Center. He holds a BS in
Economics from Michigan State University.
Richard Betagole
Vice President
Richard Betagole started his career with Mike Albert Leasing
in 1983. With more than 25 years of automotive experience, he is
involved in various aspects of the business and also manages
the company's private investments. Richard served as a director
on the board of the American Automotive Leasing Association for
15 years. He earned a BA from the University of Cincinnati.
W. Patrick Stull
Chief Operating Officer
Pat joined Mike Albert in 1986 as Director of Management
Information Systems and was promoted to Vice President,
Finance in 1987. As Vice President, Finance, Pat oversaw the
Information Technology, Human Resources, Fleet Operations,
Central Purchasing and Facilities Management departments.
Pat became COO in 2008 and today, oversees all areas of the
company. In addition to being a CPA, Pat is also a Certified
Systems Professional. He is a member of the American Institute
of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. Pat holds a BBA in
Accounting from Xavier University.
Barbara Carr
Director of Human Resources
Barb joined Mike Albert Leasing in 1998 and is responsible for the full range of human resource activities, including compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee relations and training for both Mike Albert Leasing and the family-owned Superior Dealership Group. Barb holds both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. She earned a BA degree from Richmond Professional Institute, College of William & Mary.
Sheri J. Hardesty
Vice President, Sales Administration
Sheri Hardesty joined the company in 1980 and today serves as
Vice President of Sales Administration. Sheri is responsible
for Fleet Administration, Customer Service and Fleet Title
Operations. She also serves on the company's strategic planning
committee. Sheri received her MBA from Xavier University.
Keith Miller
Treasurer
As the company's Treasurer, Keith Miller is responsible for
cash and credit management, budgeting, risk assessment,
corporate and individual tax planning and payroll. Keith joined
the company in 1994, having previously worked as a tax
consultant with Ernst & Young in Cincinnati. He holds a BBA
in Accountancy from Saint Joseph's College in Indiana and a
Masters degree from the University of Cincinnati. Keith is a
CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants.
Chuck Ruzicka
Chief Information Officer
Chuck Ruzicka joined Mike Albert in 2008. He is responsible
for Mike Albert's technology strategy, the daily operation of
the technology organization, technology selection and oversight
of technology vendors. Prior to joining Mike Albert, Chuck was
a Chief Information Officer in the financial services industry
for more than 10 years, and a technology strategy consultant. He has
an MBA and a Bachelors of Science in Math Education from The
Ohio State University.
Todd Ryan
Vice President, Remarketing
Todd Ryan is responsible for wholesale operations, the
remarketing of off-lease and rental vehicles and directing the
operations of the Short Term Rental Department. He is also
responsible for leading Mike Albert’s Residual Committee,
which forecasts the residual values of all Mike Albert vehicles.
Todd has been with Mike Albert Leasing since 1992.
Phillip J. Schneider Jr.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Vehicle Leasing & Fleet Management Services
Phil Schneider joined the Mike Albert team in 2009 and is
responsible for leading Mike Albert’s sales force, focusing on
attaining maximum sales volume in both the vehicle leasing and
fleet management segments. Prior to joining Mike Albert, Phil
spent 23 years at Cintas Corporation, holding such titles as
National Account Manager, Director of National Accounts,
Director of Strategic Accounts and, most recently, Director of
Sales Strategy and Development. Phil holds a BA in Business
from Franklin College.
W. Bruce Shaffer
Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Shaffer began his career with Mike Albert in 1986 as
Assistant Controller. He was named Controller in 1987,
Treasurer in 1995 and became Vice President of Fleet Operations
in 2000. Bruce was promoted to CFO in 2008. He continues to
oversee Mike Albert's Purchasing and Maintenance Management
operations. Bruce is a graduate of Miami University with a BS
in Accounting. He is also a CPA and is a member of the American
Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
